The ranch is located at Exit 100 (the Red Rock Exit) on Interstate 25
approximately 115 miles south of Albuquerque, New Mexico and 150
miles north of El Paso, Texas. The nearest towns are 23 miles south.
They are Elephant Butte and Truth or Consequences.

There are no improvements on the property such as houses or barns. There are wells and fenced pastures.
PIPELINES AND PASTURE:
Five windmills supply water to the livestock via approximately 4 miles of pipeline and ten drinkers. There are 7 pastures varying in size from one to ten sections. The fencing is 4 strands of barbed wire on steel or cedar posts.
ELEPHANT BUTTE LAKE FRONTAGE:
This ranch is unique in that it has approximately 4 miles of shoreline on the Elephant Butte Lake, which is accessible from two dirt roads for fishing and boating. Of course the cattle and wildlife have access to the lake for drinking purposes. Water skiing, fishing or swimming from your own ranch!
Wildlife on the ranch includes desert mule deer, quail, dove, and coyotes.
ELEVATION AND PRECIPITATION:
The eastern end of the ranch along the lakeshore is 4,450'. Annual precipitation including snow is 6 to 9 inches
